Meditation works

Meditation works

Focus, focus, focus. Is your life filled with everything you want? Do you find that you just have to think of something and you know you will get it? Or do you think of what you want and fixate on how you won't get it no matter what?

Both of these perspectives are their own truth. What you focus on is what you get.

Indeed, meditation does work. It relaxes you, helps you focus, removes stress.
